Have good amount of fluids and have normal foods made at home just increase small quantity such as a serving of roti or a vegetable, inbetween the day have some fresh seasonal fruits or dry fruits or millet or dal ladoos etc

Hello ma’am There is a specific diet that you need to follow you can eat everything there is no restriction on anything apart from 2 to 3 fruits or vegetables like brinjal or something that you can eat everything that you want to have good amount of fruits and good amount of proteins that is the most recommended thing
