A. Hi Balanced diet which includes all food groups like whole grains, pulses , milk, milk products, egg, fish, fruits & vegetables is best. Try to take enough of vegetables, fruits, nuts & protein rich foods for healthy weight gain in pregnancy

A. the expecting mother should consume lots of milk and milk products she can have eggs on a daily basis everything prepared at home can be given avoid having papaya at all costs she can have home prepared ghee avoid too much of spice
