don't skip breakfast.
have good water intake
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps

See right now either you can focus on reducing your weight or feeding your child because when you decide to lose your weight go for diet or anything the breastfeed is also going to reduce that but yes if you had a normal delivery then I would suggest you to start with basic specially Surya Namaskar
