Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy4 weeks agoA. Hello! I guess it is used as a pain relieving, massaging oil more than skin massaging oil. So I’m not sure how safe it is for the small baby, and you need to check with the ingredients as well. I would not really advise it for such a small baby. Maybe you can try using a natural oil like Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
