Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases alonghu with decongesthant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give bay indirect steam twice a day and also apply Luke warm mustard oil on baby chest and massage gently and medicine after doctor evaluation.
