cod liver oil dosage for 2 year 7 months old please suggest

How are you giving it because in this age kids are mostly taking medicines in the form of drops and as far as I know cod-liver oil is not available in that form it’s only a capsule so once per day you can give but since you’re giving omega-3 to the child you better check with your doctor first
