can you please suggest me best oil for massage

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You can use olive oil, seasam oil, almond oil, mustard oil or coconut oil to massage your 4 month old baby.
do it on daily basis followed by warm water bath.
