ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear it is better to avoid having papaya and pineapple also have a healthy diet do not stay empty stomach for long include lots of fluid and fibre and have three big and three small meals a day consult your doctor for some exercise if required during this stage
