Can we do exercise and diet after two months of postpartum?

A. normal delivery no problem Cesarean section weight for 6 months Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. if c section then you should start to exercise around 4-6 months as you filled good or healed up start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise and slowly and gradually increase cardio exercises
