A. after six weeks. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

A. Hello dear parent! Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Once your baby completes 6 months you can start exercising under an able trainer. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
