#asktheexperts when can I start exercise? I'll be completing 2 months postpartum tomorrow.

A. Hey man if you have had a normal delivery then you can start working out after three months basic work out you can go for whatever a new have to wait for a little longer time Jijs Saab to see the kind of delivery you have had and cross check with your doctor on that
