Chia seeda are healthy but contain majorly fat. so they have to be used in moderation
Along with chia seeds, make sure to follow a healthy diet & exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast

Chia seeds in general are good and a very good source of antioxidants as well.It depends on how you use for weight loss and it cant be guaranteed if your a new mother. Breast feed the child well you will get your pre pregnancy body. Dont stress on weight at this stage it will automatically reduce once the baby feeds well.Give yourself a years time and then go in for diet plans.Till then simple exercises and walking will do.
