can I use vit E oil with almond oil for my girl child to increase complexion?

Hi You can definitely both the new mix both the oils and you can use it but I’m not assuring me that it is going to enhance the complexion or something because as far as I am my knowledge goes there are no products no I is available in the market which can increase the complexion of my child
