Q.

can I use mustard oil for massage of my 2 months old baby boy during winters as it is said that is increases immunity , strengthen bones and also keeps them safe from catching cold, but my pediatrician has told me to avoid mustard oil although the baby does not have any skin sensitivity,so should I go against his advice or i use coconut oil as advised by him ?

A. hello you can use it if it is suitable on your baby skin because not all oil will suit all the babies so in the case your doctor as advised you not to use it then you will have to avoid using it which would be better and use mild oil and coconut oil from baby brand like babyhug is safe during all season
