can I use almond oil for baby's hair?? how long to keep it?

You should go for almond oil for babies head massage only in winters and avoid doing it in summers because it is considered as warm oil. You can go for virgin coconut oil it is one of the best for babies head massage. And for body massage you can go for Babyhug massage oil.
