You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which shoulfd be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breasdtfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .
