Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps.

Yes definitely you should start doing exercise to lose weight. And now you baby is three years old and it is totally safe. You can start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very fact of losing pregnancy weight and also cut the calories intake and add more fibre food in your diet
