shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello dear no u should avoid taking hing in pregnancy because it is hot in nature so it's not good for u if u r having gas ask ur gynecologist for medicine or u can have Hemopateic medicine as well take a walk after every meal have lots of water and meal which is full of fibre
