Hello ma’am Yes you can as it is one of the best Ayurvedic oils that you can go for and specifically during winter is nothing like it other than that if you want to go for any other oil then it can be mustard oil as both of these oils are very good to be my site with during winters and for summers you should switch to a lighter oil like almond oil or olive oil
