Can I have electral water as I feel weak, I had c section 8 days back

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Yes, dear mum, you can have electaral water. Have plenty of fluids and Keep yourself well hydrated. You should consult your doctor if weakness persists. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables.
As a breastfeeding mother you should have one additional healthy meal as compared to earlier.
