Have cashews or dates- they give instant energy when you are down .
Bajra dosa with coconut chutney .
Have atleast 3 cups of milk per day.
Milk with chapathi or milk bread
keema.-- or mutton, boiled eggs
Idly with any chutney of your choice
Hot rice with vellipaya karam .
Tomato, Bottlegourd, Ridge gourd, Drumsticks, any other vegetables cooked rich in fibre .
Badam, Anjeer, Cashews
Take care and eat more frequently as feeding the baby would exhaust all nutrients in body
