can I do normal delivery exercise after 4years of c section with 1st baby??

What is normal delivery exercise that you want to do can you please clarify that anyways here I would just like to clarify that if you had a C-section this is also going to be a C-section so you can go for any exercise of your choice but at the end of the day you need to be mentally sorted for a C-section only
