can I do dieting for weight loss and wat kind of I delivered in 31st week of my pregnancy and my 4 month 25 days is exclusively feeding on me

A. there is no problem we can do some moderate exercises for loss of weight take diet rich in protein less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables adequate water .

A. hi no it is advisable to start any type of workout or dieting only after 6 months of delivery because as your body went through major surgery,it needs a time to recover from that and it needs energy and essential nutrients for this. so please avoid it.
