can I have muesli in dieting for weight loss?

A. dear mum , avoud museli as many of these available in the market are loaded with sugar , added flavours unhealty fats so it is not correct choice for healty eating

Muesli oats cornflakes all these things are healthy to be taken during this time because they highly rich in fibre so they’re going to keep you full for a longer duration so that is good you can have them occasionally because they have some content of sweet and these packet was definitely not very healthy occasionally if you have it’s okay
