Rusk, roasted bread, Papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds garlic kheema, garlic milk- Boil milk with crushed garlic cloves add sugar/honey strain milk.
Also have milk and diary products for Calcium, protein source,for good supply of milk.
For reducing weight have Balanced diet(healthy diet) with nutritional and lactating foods in diet.
Fruits and vegetables, low carbohydrates, more water and fluids avoid oil,junk, sugar sweets , walking and workouts prescribed by Gynaecologist would help you in reducing weight.
