Yes after 6 to 7 days of birth when your child is more stable and then you can start doing massage to the child twice in a day once in the morning and once in the night before sleeping that relax in the body and the child can sleep well in fact in the night also after massaging you can go ahead with swaddle the child as they sleep more comfortably that way
