can i add salt to baby meal?

A. good to avoid. adding salt in baby food will not be safe for developing kidneys of baby. it would be good to start adding sakt n sugar afterc1 yr of age.

A. hello additional salt is not required for the baby to till it complete one year at least as the breast milk or the infant formula milk to give good contain the required solved and additional salt can affect the kidney of the child so would be better to avoid it
