Sir, my baby boy is 8month old, can we add Little bit sugar and salt to his meal????

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl5 months agoA. Sugar a complete no but yes you can use jaggery and dates and salt should be given to the child from the beginning that’s what I believe because my doctor suggested me and honestly never faced a problem in feeding my child
