A. no till 1 year. Salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load. And babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and bm. You can make your baby food more interesting and tasty by adding spices appropriate to the age of the baby. Sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children. Excess sugar may cause caries andtooth decay in children. Excess of sugar may depress immunity. And leads to obesity, diabetes. You can add natural sweetener in baby food- Any fruit can be added to baby food to make them naturally sweet Dates Syrup (After 8 months) Honey (After 1 year)

A. Try not to give your baby foods that are high in sugar or salt . Too much sugar is bad for your baby's emerging teeth, while too much salt is bad for their kidneys . If your baby gets a taste for sugary or salty foods, it may be harder for you to persuade them to try healthy options
