A. dear mum, after c section, you can begin to exercise at least after a resting period of 6 weeks. also confirm with your doctor depending upon how your wounds have healed

A. hi parent please take good rest for three months after it if it's healed properly then you may star light yogasan and pranayam after six months of the c section you may gradually opt for excercises
