A. hello parent you can start abdominal exercises why 6 months of post C section till then you can start walking immediately modify the diet take appropriate measures all the best

A. Hi mom Start with the exercise after six months of delivery when ur stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them. Then u can start with yoga, cycling, walk, jogging etc to shed extra kilos from your body
