A. Once You complete six months of your delivery then you can start a little bit of dieting in mild exercise which a person can do in C section you can consult a yoga expert for that and once you complete about 8 to 10 months of your delivery you are stitches are healed completely then you should go for proper dieting and proper exercises that is how it is going to work for you to lose down your weight but as of now if it is feasible for you after your meals try to sit in Vajrasana for sometime at least for half an hour minimum 15 minutes maximum half an hour start with 10 minutes
