ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. cut on all extra calories and exercise or aerobic a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

U can start to wear postpartum belt till three months....
This will help to give support to the loose belly and tuck in shape..
U can start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Take care
