eat mindfully for weight loss
reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat sugar and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged food
good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources
don't skip breakfast good water intake
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps

so please wait till that.
make dietary changes like prefer to take green veggies, fresh fruits, sprouts , etc more
avoid taking junk food items.
increase fluids intake.
