RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl9 months agoA. Spoo shampoo you can use that is going to help in reducing around the dandruff from the scalp of your child also check if any other treatment your doctor can suggest as dandruff is also due to dryness and fungal infection in the head of the child
