baby's cold is not going away, shown to doc but cold is not going away,due to very hot temperature I am using ac and baby is sleeping just below the fan because bed is just below the fan, should I be concerned,baby is active only problem is cold , sneezing and sometimes coughing , clear mucus is present in nose
