Baby is not having anything and did vomiting 2-3 time since morning.

Then due to acidity in the stomach your child may have vomited because you are saying that your child has not eaten anything and still the vomiting is happening that means that’s probably associated with some kind of an acidic problem only so try to increase the intake of water right now
