my 2 year old boy has had viral fever from past 2 days and not eating anything.. but today morning did vomiting with brown stains. what to do

A. try giving him lots,offluids like coconut water, ors water, dal pani.. if he use to vomit all food n water than , it is oreferabke to consult your doctor. ok
