Baby is having cold and did projectile vomit today morning. is this something we have to worried about??

A. after vomiting wait for half an hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) and then again wait for half an hour and then give only easily digestible food. do not give anything to eat in this 1hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. meet the doctor
