A. I'm here for you! If your daughter vomited in the morning and you're also feeling mildly feverish, it could be a minor stomach infection or viral bug—these are common, especially if you've both eaten the same food or been around someone unwell. For Your Daughter: Hydration is key Give ORS or electrolyte solution in small sips You can also give coconut water, rice kanji, or buttermilk (if she's old enough) Skip heavy food for a while Stick to light, bland foods like moong dal water, curd rice, khichdi, or banana Monitor for signs like: Repeated vomiting Refusal to eat or drink Fever over 100.4°F Lethargy or irritability If any of these happen, do contact a pediatrician. For You: Rest well, and drink lots of fluids Eat light, easily digestible food For mild fever/body ache: You can take paracetamol (like Crocin or Dolo 650) after food Avoid spicy, oily foods for now It may settle on its own, but if vomiting continues or you both get worse symptoms, see a doctor to rule out a stomach flu or food poisoning.
