baby if 2 months..is it recommended to do malish ? if yes ,which oil?

A. You can use badam rogan from Hamdard for massage of the baby and be gentle while massaging the baby and use mild skin care baby products which are paraben free phthalate free and free of fragrances

A. Yes, castor oil along with coconut oil gives good results

A. why not, Malish isrecommended after birth. Use slightly warm coconut oil or any oil which suits your baby skin. But you should properly know the steps of baby massage.

A. yup , u can use any badam oil or olive oil which ever goes with your babies skin. I use olive oil for my baby from the time she was born and now she is 2 and a half month old.... so go for it 👍🏻

Hi mommy Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Massage regularly with coconut oil Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
