baby 5 month old cold n fever...since 2 days...nasal chocking...what to do

You can use nasal drops which is what is going to be good enough as of now you can apply every 4 to 5 hours you can put it into the nose of your child one drop into each hostel that is what is going to be good in opening up the nasal passage for the child
