Baby 4months old mother Breastfeeding, Mother can take vitamin d3 60,000iu capsules weekly Once. Is it safe to mother and Baby.

total 12 doses.
also start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day regularly for good health

That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
