Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. For cold you can give drops maxtra 0.5 ml to the child 2 times per day and try to prevent temperadture variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple co6ugh and cold
