This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and muxltivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

once ur baby completes one year then u can give all the seasonal fruits and vegetables to ur baby. There is no restrictions on that after one year.
