A. you should eat protein rich diet. have 2-3 serving of milk fruits and salad. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day .

A. hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please take daily sun light exposure
