A. you can get all the traditional food during pregnancy please take balance diet along with proteins carbohydrates fats green leafy vegetables all seasonal fruits for source of minerals vitamins and nutrients

A. Hi mom Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups during pregnancy. Eat freshly prepared homemade food. Avoid eating papaya, pineapple, junk food, alcohol, extra sugary food etc during pregnancy. Take care and all the best
