Q.

#asktheexperts This is 4th month running (15 days) after the delivery (c-section) starting from 4th month I get severe back pain in the late nights while sleeping. I tried changing the beds but still the pain comes until I spray or use a painbalm. Is this normal post delivery? kindly advice

A. you can put balm. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

A. Hi mom Yes back pain is common after delivery.. It will be fine with time . Take adequate rest and sleep. Feed ur baby in comfortable position. Take calcium supplements till you breast feed ur baby. Take care and all the best
