can I eat Biscuits after C-section delivery.. present 4th month running.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello yes you can have biscuit which is not a problem but avoid too much as it is made of all purpose flour which is not easily digested and in some it can even cause constipation so once in a while should not be a problem and limit the intake which is the fine
