#asktheexperts should i use masterd oil for massage befor bath in this summer to my baby?? should i massage her for night with oil???

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. as mustard oil is warm in nature than its better to avoid using it in summer. you can massage your baby before bedtime to help him calm down and sleep better
